Steven D Rothberg, Esq., Partner

Mr. Rothberg is Vice President and General Counsel for Surety Abstract and Settlement Services. Mr. Rothberg joined Surety after serving as an in-house counsel for over a decade with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation. Prior to working for Lawyers Title, Mr. Rothberg practiced real estate law and commercial litigation for a prestigious law firm in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. Mr. Rothberg received his BA with honors, from the University of Delaware in 1986, and his JD from the Temple University School of Law in 1990.

Teresa A. Carlin, Manager

Teresa is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and Science/Computer Programming. She is a licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agent and a licensed New Jersey title insurance agent. Carlin has 19 years experience in the title insurance industry, including ownership of her own title insurance agency.
