Closing on your home or commercial property can be extremely complicated. Our Settlement Department acts as your partner in this difficult process performing all the painstaking tasks required to coordinate and finalize your transaction. Surety Title has an impressive staff of experienced professionals. Each closer comes to the table with her own unique style, taking pride in handling each transaction with respect, dedication and efficiency. Our clerks are well trained and have a complete and thorough knowledge of every type of financing and regulatory issue. Each is licensed with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.

After your settlement, our post closing department will deliver your loan package to the lender, disburse all of the funds, review and record all the appropriate documents and attend to any outstanding issues which require attention. Your policy of title insurance and recorded deed will be forwarded to you without delay.

In December 1992, Lynn Marie joined the Surety team as a settlement officer. Her prior experience encompassed 7 years as a settlement clerk and processor. Lynn Marie did an exemplary job at the settlement table her customers all responding to her pleasant banter, organizational skills, and good common sense proficiencies.

Lynn Marie has used these tools as stepping stones when she was promoted to the position of Settlement Manager in 2001. She is a loyal and committed team player, and works extremely hard at making customers feel comfortable. Lynn Marie brings resolution to a myriad of difficult issues which occur on a daily basis.
