| J.R. Quinn, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
J.R. Quinn's extensive sales background, organizational skills, and networking experience bring real value to the Surety team. Quinn's clients are primarily Attorneys, Residential and Commercial Lenders, Residential and Commercial Realtors and Builders. Prior to joining Surety Title, Quinn spent 12 years selling property and casualty insurance to large companies on a regional and national level.
JR received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee where he was a three time All-American discus thrower. He lettered in both track and football for the volunteers. |

| Ronald Conklin
Ron Conklin has over 15 years of experience in local government, community and economic development, public housing and project management. Prior to joining Surety Title in 1999, Ron was a Senior Policy Planner for the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Over the last several years, he has successfully planned and coordinated a number of complex public and privately funded community development and public housing projects.
Ron takes an extremely active role in the sales and marketing process. He does an excellent job interfacing with his customers always with a concerted effort to bring a "value added" approach and more effective solutions.
Ron holds a BA and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University. |

John Garaguso
John Garaguso began his long standing career
in the title insurance business in 1966. His primary responsibilities
included closing real estate transactions and business development.
In 1978, Garaguso co-founded Guardian Title Agency and successfully
helped operate that Company for 22 years until it was sold
to N.J. Title Insurance Company. John remained with that
company until 2001 when he joined Surety Title. He has continued
to develop customers and perform closings.

| Sheryl Horn
Sheryl Horn entered the real estate industry in 1986 as a processor and as a licensed real estate sales person. She joined the Surety team in 1992 assisting our Company in its formidable years formulating its processing entity. Horn quickly moved into the Settlement Department as a closer and accumulated 11 years of experience conducting residential and commercial closings. At this juncture in her career, Sheryl wanted to use her skills, knowledge and wonderful personality developing customer relationships. She joined the marketing department and has done an exceptional job originating business from numerous real estate professionals, lenders and attorneys. Her customer ties are based on strong trust and dependability.
Sheryl is a member of the Burlington/Camden County Board of Realtors, NJ Association of Realtors and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Institute.

Brian McCormick
Brian's principal function is to develop Surety's market share through his relationships with attorneys, banks, builders, lenders and Realtors. A sales professional with 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, McCormick has successfully utilized his extensive network of business professionals to build his customer base. He is extremely reliable and always looks for a more effective way to provide value and service. Brian serves in many business and community organizations, including Rotary International, Business Networking International, The Builders League and The Board of Realtors.
Brian is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. |

| Debra Smizer
Debra Smizer concentrates her marketing skills primarily in the area of residential Realtors and mortgage companies. During her 18 years in the title industry, Smizer has successfully marketed to, and serviced, a diverse customer base. Along with her contagious smile and positive attitude, Debbie offers a keen practical insight to her customers' needs. She began her business career as customer service representative at a regional Philadelphia Bank. She joined Surety's marketing team in 2000.
